You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, consents, and authorizations to download, save, and reuse any content accessed through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to download, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content if you do not hold the appropriate copyright or rights to do so.
You acknowledge that X Downloader does not verify your rights to any content; you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

4. No Affiliation with Twitter/X

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Twitter, Inc. or X Corp. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

5. Prohibited Uses

Downloading from private or protected accounts without express authorization.
Using downloaded content for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding content you download) are and will remain the exclusive property of X Downloader and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
